At Big Joe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home comfort. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized shipping carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
